Prostate Specific Antigen IHC – Performance not defined!

The following is preferred: The best validated anti-PSA antibody is used. Clone HAM18 was obtained from 21,000 genes, optimized for FFPE genes and ideal for fluorescence multiplex immunohistochemistry.

Antibody clone HAM18 is absolutely PSA-specific. The prostate epithelium is obtained and the cells are dried. For example, the PSA-positive reaction of the PSA-positive compound, which is not a PSA-expressing tumor, is slowed down by the cross-reactivity of the BSA with an additional PSA-antibody. The sensitivity of the HAM18 is determined and differentiated in the case of different tumors with a low and low level of PSA expression.
